1.01 Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (hereafter referred to as the “Agency”) to select the most qualified applicant to provide core medical and support services to people living with HIV (PLHIV) through the HIV Care Program.1.06 Schedule of Important Dates (All times and dates listed are local Iowa time.)
