Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) # FWBPEIS26201 is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (referred to as Agency) to select the most qualified applicant to provide qualified Pregnancy Support Services under the More Options for Maternal Support (MOMS) program, pursuant to Iowa Code §217.41C. The program promotes healthy pregnancies and childbirth through nonmedical services assisting pregnant women (or those who believe they may be pregnant) in choosing childbirth, adoption, or parenting with respect to their children.
