Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 58825017 is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (referred to as Agency) to select the most qualified applicant to provide education, client-centered programs and support for people living with epilepsy and their families across Iowa. These services will work to minimize the social stigma and misunderstanding that excludes persons with epilepsy from employment and community activities and work to increase individual and family understanding of epilepsy and its treatment; thereby allowing persons to maximize control of their seizures and minimize the human and financial burden of epilepsy.
