Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) #58825021 is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (referred to as Agency) to select the most qualified applicant to provide the Donated Dental Services program.
The purpose of the Donated Dental Services program is to link people (with disabilities, people who are medically compromised, and seniors over the age of 65 who have no financial resources to pay for dental care and cannot access such care through public programs) with dentists to provide free comprehensive dental treatment, as part of the Dental Lifeline Network.[M[1]
