    The purpose of this RFA is to provide guidance for current contractors to submit continuation applications to the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (referred to as Agency) to renew service provisions as described by and within the project period established by the RFP #58820009. Services covered by this application include project services under the State Opioid Response, Corrections Liaison project (SOR-CL).
