If you would like to demonstrate that the BFPC Coordinator is being budgeted for .05 FTE for each Peer Counselor, but charged to Category 1 you may do so in the budget justification. Depending on the information collected from the resources and tools described on page 15 of this section, FY 25 outreach strategies may or may not be new compared to outreach strategies developed in WIC RFP #58823001.
