| Feb 28, 2024 10:37 AM | Will pre and post surveys be required again in FY25? Do we need to include administration of pre and post surveys in the work plan? | Administration of the Iowa HHS Prevention Survey (pre and post) and associated documents are currently paused. Work plans submitted in the application should reflect this in goals, objectives, rationales and baseline data supporting objectives, and activities. Per page 15 of the RFA, funded programs will be required to participate in evaluation processes as determined by the Agency. An Evaluation Guidance document will be provided, as appropriate, to funded agencies with additional details once determined. Funded agencies will have an opportunity to modify work plans to include evaluation processes, if appropriate. |
