Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 58824010 is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Health and Human Services (referred to as Agency) to select the most qualified applicant to provide oversight for T.E.A.C.H. (Teacher Education and Compensation Helps) scholarship, implementation of the PAEYS (Performance and Education Yield Success) Project, issue Retention Incentive payments to MIECHV family support professionals at the direction of the contractor, support the Agency in activities that promote a representative workforce and aid family support professional development including services related to the Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals registrations including the collection of training fees.
