The purpose of this RFA is to provide guidance for current contractors to submit continuation applications to the Iowa Department of Public Health (referred to as Department) to renew service provisions as described by and within the project period established by the RFP 58820009. Services covered by this application include project services under the State Opioid Grant, Corrections Liaison project (SOR-CL).
