Questions

Submitted Date Question Answer
08/04/2021 Can an applicant use the already generated IDPH Partnership Collection Form and associated diagrams that were generated where the list of partners are requested in the community profile section? There is not a way to upload an already generated file in that section as it appears to be narrative only. Could we cut and paste into that section for submission purposes? This seems similar to what was asked in the previous RFP. Thank you. In this funding opportunity, RFP #58822018, the IDPH Partnership Collection Form is not required. Section 2.04 states that the applicant will include a list of relevant organizations or community partners as it relates to nutrition education or older adults that the applicant has already developed and established. Applicants should describe the nature of the partnership. The applicant can copy and paste a list into the application.
08/04/2021 Can the majority of the budget be allocated to staff time if needed, in order to grow and/or maintain programming? Applicants will demonstrate a budget adequate to support the work of the application based on the specific line items in section 2.06. Additionally, in section 2.05 applicants should indicate in the budget any marketing or recruitment costs. The applicant should keep in mind the cost of food and supplies for tastings, mileage and additional supplies to implement the program.
